The Arboricultural Impact Assessment report is prepared on completion of the final design for the project. These reports are typically required as part of the DA submission for projects. The report incorporates information collected as part of the Preliminary Tree Survey, describes the project design and construction methods, and provides a detailed assessment of impacts. The Arboricultural Impact Assessment report will also identifies trees requiring removal and recommends management strategies to avoid, minimise and mitigate impacts on the trees to be retained. Where potential to impact on trees to be retained can not be avoided, the report includes a Tree Protection Plan to illustrate the recommended tree protection measures during construction works.
